About the Business:

Soaring Eagle Lodge is a new luxurious waterfront Vacation Rental and Retreat on the north
end of Whidbey Island, just 15 minutes from Deception Pass Bridge and 1.5 hours from
Seattle. The lodge overlooks Puget Sound, Mt Baker and Ika Island. It is the perfect place for
you and your family, or friends, to create your own mini resort “Staycation”. The lodge has lots
of outdoor games such as badminton, crochet, horseshoes, volleyball, Bocci, lasso golf etc
and indoor games such as scrabble, chess, monopoly, cribbage, cards etc. For those who
enjoy more adventure you can kayak, take a boat tour, whale watch, golf, hike or rock climb.

A Romantic or Family Getaway
This 3,800 square foot lodge home offers an intimate, relaxing atmosphere for all who visit. We
cater to those who enjoy luxury accommodations and modern conveniences including: heated
bathroom floors, Jacuzzi or soaking tub, outdoor hot tub, covered porches, TVs and DVDs,
and wireless Internet.
Small Group Retreats
Soaring Eagle Lodge is also a wonderful venue for small group retreats such as scrapbooking,
quilting, beading, stamping, card making, yoga, writing and business getaways. The Lodge has
ample space, well-appointed sleeping accommodations, and both indoor and outdoor spaces
to "get away" from it all. Relax by one of the lodge's three fireplaces, watch eagles soar, or sit
in the hot tub and rejuvenate.

The Setting
Soaring Eagle Lodge is nestled on 2.7 acres with towering evergreen trees and a magnificent
waterfront view. The Lodge takes its name from the majestic eagles which soar along our
water's edge. From a front row seat in the great room you can watch the eagles build their nest
and raise there eaglet in winter, spring and summer. Deer stroll through the grounds
frequently, often with fawns in tow.
However you choose to spend your time, you will feel rested and relaxed after your visit to
Soaring Eagle Lodge.
